Sent to Harstad and Statens vegvesen region nord 2 minutes later

De siste uker har timingen på grønt lys for bilister på vei (RV 83)inn mot byen endret seg. Intervallet er blitt betraktelig kortere, som som skap er lange køer på innfartsveien til Harstad. Hvorfor er dette intervallet blitt endret???
