Privat dreneringsrør som renner ut i vei, uten å komme til noe sluk. Vannet renner ut i veibanen, hvor det er sving og nedoverbakke. Fryser til is og skaper vansklige og farlige forhold for gående og kjørende. Vannet trenger å ledes direkte til ett sluk.
