I den nyanlagte flotte Frydenlundsgata er det ikke blitt anlagt sluk/tiltak for å drenere vann bort fra veien utenfor nr.4. Dette medfører en stor vanndam. I disse dager hvor temperatur går flere grader over og under null er dette et stort problem
