Ulovlig plasering av HC parkering forran port

Hamar kommune har plasert en HC parkering rett foran vår kjøre port, de har fått et klagebrev fra borettslaget for over et år siden uten å svare. Dette er vel både ulovlig og farlig ved en eventuell brann??????
