Dette friområdet brukes til næringsvirksomhet. Maskiner for vedkapping opptar jevnlig området og stablet ved står gjerne oppbevart. Vedstammer for kapping blir ofte liggende på området. Næringsvirksomhet burde ikke foregå her og området burde blitt oppgradert til en innbydende samlingsplass for områdets beboere.
