Sent to Fredrikstad and Statens vegvesen region øst 4 minutes later

Det har blitt satt opp skilt her med "innkjøring forbudt" (unntatt for grunneiere). Dette betyr jo at det også er forbudt å sykle inn her. Er det intensjonen? Kanskje det skulle vært et "forbudt for motorvogn"-skilt i steden for.
