Da er det vår og vinterens strøsand skaper problemer. Når en går rundt i Harstad, går en i en " tåke" av støv som blir virvlet opp av biler. Denne tåken kommer av vinterens salting og strøing. Dette er selvfølgelig helsefarlig å innånde. Antagelig medfører dette verre helseskade enn utslippene fra kjøretøy. Iallefall for Harstad by sin del. Nå er det på tide å starte med å feie veier og gang/ sykkelstier.
