I det man svinger ned mot Løkendalen er det en grop som går langs hele kjørefeltet. Dette fører til at man må være ekstremt varsom når man kjører over vegen samt at dette kan skape farlige situasjoner med biler som kjører på 178, da man må stoppe nesten helt opp.
