Sent to Kristiansand less than a minute later

Det står en stor van på fotballbane/lekeplass, den har stått der snart et år, og jeg klarer ikke lokalisere eier. Den har prøveskilt VL696, vi ønsker å sperre av fotballbanen nå som vel'et ruster den opp. Kan denne bilen fjernes/taues ut fra banen?
