Ved kjøring langs Brennejordet inn til, men også langs selve veistubben Grindstuplassen er det flere steder stor høydeforskjell mellom asfalt og "bakkenivå". Regnvann undergraver dette ytterligere. I mørket med våt asfalt er det vanskelig og oppdage nivåforskjellen, både som kjørende og gående.
