Kirkenes sentrum, tidsbegrenset parkering, feil skilting?

Sent to Sør-Varanger and Statens vegvesen region nord 2 minutes later

Rundt torget, i Wiullsgate og andre steder i Kirkenes sentrum er det satt opp parkerings (P-) skilt, med underskilt om at det er tillatt å parkere i maks. 2 timer mellom kl. 08-15 (08-13). Det kan synes som denne tidsbegrensningen ikke gjelder/ikke blir fulgt opp. Er det da noen vits å ha disse underskiltene i det hele tatt?
