Hele lengden av fortauet langs Tollef Gravs vei forfaller. Asfalten har mange hull, sprekker opp og kanten er blitt ødelagt av brøytebilene.

Fortauet langs Capralhaugen er blitt oppgradert i senere tid, Tollef Gravs vei trenger tilsvarende oppgraderinger. Eldre med rullator er tvunget til å gå i veien fordi fortauet er for ujevnt og hullete.
