Vem står ansvarlig for skader pa eiendom som orsakats av brøytebil?

Det er brøyteentreprenør som har ansvaret for slike skader, i dette tilfelle kommuneentreprenøren.

Send meg gjerne en mail ang dette, så har jeg den liggende. Er mest hensiktsmessig å ta en befaring på dette til våren etter at snøen er borte, men send en mail nå, så har vi det skriftelig.
