I første sving på parkeringsplassen til Billingstad barnehage og skole ligger det en stor haug med snø. Den tar opp masse parkeringsplasser på en allerede full parkeringsplass. Dessuten er den så stor at at er trangt å komme forbi når det kommer folk og står biler parkert.
