Ved første fartshump i Gunnlaugs vei har det blitt et stort hull. Hele Gunnlaugs vei har blitt brukt som gjennomfartsvei mens Olav Engelbrektssons alle var under arbeid samt at Lade Skole har blitt flyttet til Ringve. Dette har medført at hele denne veien er i dårlig stand nå.
