Jeg forstår automatikken i disse oppfølgings-mailene, men er det ikke en hån mot de som tar seg tid til å rapportere inn at dere selv ikke en gang er klar over om problemet er løst eller ikke? Og at jeg må svi enda mere tid på en mail som forsvinner ut i intet. Denne portalen er ikke voldsomt seriøs, dessverre.
