Mangelfullt utført arbeid i forbindelse med fiberlegging. «Kabelsnipper», ujevnheter etter gravemaskin, manglende matjord, stein i overflaten og manglende tilsåing gjør gressklippingen som naboene bidrar med i dette parkområdet vanskelig.
