Løst kumlokk, bråker voldsomt

Etter veiarbeider i mai/juni har et dobbelt kumlokk blitt liggende løst. Det bråker voldsomt hver gang buss (det ligger ved buss-stoppet til 21-bussen) eller bil kjører over. Det er umulig å ha vindu åpent i nabolaget.
