Mangel på gatelys, dette har vart et problem tidlige på høsten tidlige år, gatelys står på hele sommeren men blir slått av på høsten når det begynner bli mørkt tidliger på kvelden. Hvorfor kan det ikke stå på det samme hele tiden?
