Flere råtne trær som faller og står i fare for å falle, samt trær som har knekt i vinden i skogholtet mellom ishallen og Sletteveien. Trærne kan falle over hus og barn som bruker stien gjennom skogen til og fra Gimle skole. Området er regulert som grøntområde og tilhører kommunen, og er viktig også for skjerming mellom ishallen og naboer
