Rain water flowing down the Grønnlivegen (5300-Kleppestø) enter my property ( Grønnlivegen 20) causing erosion of my property and "vannskader" to my "kjeller

When it rains , all the rain water flowing down the Grønnlivegen (5300-Kleppestø) enter my property ( Grønnlivegen 20) . Because of this heavy water flow through my property, all of the soil in my front and back garden has washed away & eroded now. also all the water enters into my "kjeller etasje" causing "vannskader". Please make some arragement to divert the water flow (coming from the road) elsewhere , so it does not damage my house and land.
