Vannrist/kum utenfor Lundebyveien 137 fungerer ikke og 95% av vannet fra Lundebyveien renner inn på vår tomt. Denne kummen er ikke riktig satt, siden den står alt for høyt og all vann renner forbi og inn i vår oppkjørsel (Lundebyveien 137). Dette må ordnes opp i så raskt som mulig.
