Sent to Hammerfest and Statens vegvesen region nord 1 minute later

Spenningsatt åpen luke på gatelys, på skoleveg, ved fotballstadion like ved barneskole. Livsfarlig, må fikses snarest! Deksel var ramlet ned, men hengte det opp på den ene skruen.
