Avløpskumer/sluk ligger på gatas høyeste punkt, nyasfaltert

Gata har nylig (siste 3-4 måneder) vært gravd opp pga ledninger eller rør. Nyasfaltert nå mellom Ullernchausseen 40a og Ullernchausseen 46a. Ved regn blir det store vannoppsamlinger, det spruter, og vil fryse til is om vinteren. Avløp/drenasje ligger høyere enn de områdene der vannet samles. (Er det ingen etterkontroll av arbeidet??)
