Manglende oppbygning under asfaltert fortau. Store ujevnheter og sprekker i fortauet. Fortauet ser relativt nytt ut. For dårlig utført oppbygging/underlag. Manglende gatefeiing, store mengder løv i veien som kommer ned i overvannssystemet og tetter sandfangskummer.
