Det er strødd der det er flatt, men ikke i de bratteste gatene som for eksempel Elvadalen, Mashjellen og Gammeltrøa. Nå er det underkjølt og noen få plussgrader som gjør at tidligere snesåle i gatene er blitt til is i stedet. Denne isen "svetter", er såpeglatt og fører til veldig farlige trafikkforhold for både biler og myke trafikanter.
