Kaotiske forhold ved barneskola når skoledagen er slutt. Det står biler overalt, også på fortau der barna skal kunne gå trygt. Meget uoversiktelig for små barn å komme trygt ut fra skoleområdet.

Forholdene rundt av- og påstigning ved barneskola , skaper mange farlige situasjoner for ungene. Det er så fullt av biler som henter barn, at de som skal gå hjem ikke kommer frem på fortauet engang...
