Stavanger Kommune har satt ut en liten kasse med gratis strøsand nær Bekkefaret Bydelshus, men hva hjelper det når kassen er tom! Kommunen må etterfylle sand umiddelbart. Videre er kassen altfor liten til å dekke strøsandbehovet for hele Bekkefaret bydel.
