Kumlokk som slår

Sent to Sør-Trøndelag and Trondheim 5 minutes later

Har et kumlokk rett utenfor huset i Eidsvolls gate som slår to ganger (vakkler), metall mot metall, for hver bil som passerer. Og det er ikke rent få biler som passerer her per dag.. Det er meget plagsomt og vi vil sette stor pris på om det blir fiksa.
