Tett avløp i vei utenfor Balders vei 9a og avløp på sti ned til brages vei . Dette er rapportert til sandefjord kommune tidligere i høst, men ikke noe respons. Dette kan medføre at overvann renner inn i kjellere ved mye nedbør. Kummer bør suges/spyles med sugebil.
