Sent to Statens vegvesen region sør and Tønsberg 3 minutes later

Inntil gangvei, i grøftekanten. Gammelt kumlokk av betong er knust, og ligger delvis nedi hullet under. Livsfarlig for barn og dyr, kanskje også voksne siden det ligger litt kamuflert av gress. Man kan se ned i dypet, og restene av kumlokket kan ramle videre ned når som helst. Lett å finne, nedenfor hvit murgarasje i Ringshaugveien 17, kanskje 0,5 meter fra asfaltert gangvei.
