Etablert opphøyd fotgjengerovergang er bygd i strid med føringer gitt i Statens Vegvesen Håbdbok 017. Når jeg selv kjører over dette spretthoppet, så ser jeg i det hele tatt etter om det kommer noen fotgjengere. Blir bare opptatt av å forberede meg på å kjøre over denne forferdelige konstruksjonen.
