Fartsdumpene som er i Balchens vei, går helt helt ut til siden av veien. Hadde de vært avsluttet og avrundet 10 cm fra kantene, så hadde vannet kunne passere og nå kummene. Resultatet er store vanndammer som presser fotgjengere og sykkellister ut i veibanen. (Tror kommunen i disse dager graver på noen rør lenger bort i gata, så det hadde vært en god anledning til å kjapt ordne en bedre løsning.)
