E39 Kvivsvegen ved Kirkhorn i Hornindal. Slitasjeskade på øverste asfaltlag. Veldig sporete parti. Skjer kun 6 år etter at heile vegen vart bygd på ny ifm. Kvisvegsprosjektet. Reklamasjonssak?
