Gang og sykkelveien på Ytre kulen frå den nedre parkeringsplassen til Kulatoppen er ikkje måka, og veibana er lynglatt. Det er med livet som innsats vi må gå i veibana for å komme på jobb. For i gang og sykkelbana ligger det mye snø
