Avløpskum ved Smievegen 1B har vore tett i fleire år, vatnet renn derfor over vegen og langs husvegg i Smievegen 4. Dette gjer at Smievegen 4 er ekstra utsatt for vasskade. Når det er kuldegrader frys det et lag med is over heile området der, som gjer at eldre bebuarar ikkje vågar å gå ut. Problemet er meldt fleire gonger til BVA utan at dette er gjort noko med.
