Det blir ikke malt opp, eller skiktet nye fotgjengeroverganger etter asfaltering, når nye veier lages, når de slites bort -eller fjernes av andre grunner. Rissa sentrum er på denne måten farlig og forvirrende for både syklisyer, fotgjengere og øvrige trafikanter❗️
