Det har helt siden det ble sprengt ut og bygget garasje på nr 4 vært veskesig i veikanten mellom Rosenberggate 2 og 4. Det er dårlig drenering og det er konstant fuktig i grøfta og veien. Det har i den senere tid (hele våren og sommeren) blitt illeluktende, og til tider ubehagelig når man passerer stedet.
