Det må bli lov å kjøre scooter og moped over bildøyvegen / gamlevegen i rushtida, slik det er i dag så må de ut på ein svært trafikkert veg (555) mellom 06-09. Det er meiningsløst at fører av scootere og mopeder i lav fart må utsettes for dette. Her må ein gje eit unntak
