Det renner kontinuerlig mye vann fra et rør under asfalten og ned gaten. Det er det samme vinter som sommer. Hvis det er ett skadet vannrør som det antagelig er i Omagata så mistes det utrolig mye rent vann hele tiden. Dette må stoppes.
