Det virker som om etaten gir blanke f i biler som står parkert ulovlig utafor ring 2. Jeg ringte daglig til inntauingstomten og svaret var alltid det samme. Vi sender beskjeden videre. Bilen fikk stå der i dagevis uten belønning i form av en gul lapp.
