Det er nettopp utført en midlertidig utbedring av huller i asfalten i Solveien, men til ingen nytte. Veien er nå i så dårlig forfatning igjen at det skaper skader på kjøretøy, ubehag og irritasjon. Veien er godt trafikkert både av beboere og av foreldre og ansatte i Vestmarka Barnehage. Det er tidligere lovet asfaltering av veien, men lite har skjedd.
