Hver gang det regner danner det seg en stor, dyp innsjø i veien ved innkjøringen til Nordbyhagen 71-109. Det er ikke mulig å passere tørrskodd, og man må gå 10-15 m over plenen for å komme ut på veien. Det er også et dypt hull i asfalten her, som er plagsomt når man kjører bil.
