Instøyveien har i flere uker nå vært i en elendig forfatning. Veien er svært hullete, og knapt kjørbar. Medfører stor slitasje på kjøretøy. Hull og manglende gatelys er også en dårlig kombinasjon for gående nå i høstmørket.
