Sent to Sør-Varanger and Statens vegvesen region nord less than a minute later

Det ser ut til at kummen/kumlokket i kanten av veien har forskjøvet seg slik at det er blitt et hull mellom den og veien. Det er ca 20-30 cm avstand. Man kan se nedi kloakken.
