Smeltevann fra veg samles i store hull i gata og renner videre i store mengder ned i hage hvor det graver seg ned i gressplen og innkjørsel. Vedbod er fylt med vann pga denne kontinuerlige "bekken" fra gata. Vann samles i gata og renner ned i oppkjørselen/hage hver vår, og ved hvert kraftige regnskyll.
