Det har vært flere store hull utenfor Thoning Owesens gt 19 det siste året. Trafikkfarlig for billister, og i enda større grad for syklende og folk på sparkesykkel. Dette er en gjennomgangsgate fra busstoppet ved Dalen hageby. Observere ofte nestenulykker der syklende ikke ser de dype hullene i veibanen.
