I midtnivået i P-huset på vestre torg renner det ut noe svart olje- og tjæreaktig mellom to av takplatene. Hvis dere går ned i trappegangen som ikke har heis, så er det til høyre når du kommer ut på parkeringsetasjen. Langs veggen som går parallelt med Storhamargata. Dette har dryppet på bil som har stått under.
