Sent to Kongsvinger and Statens vegvesen region øst 3 minutes later

Jeg rapporterte dette kumlokket tidligere i høst også, fordi det smeller når biler kjører på det. Det smeller fortsatt, og nå har i tillegg asfalten begynt å smuldre opp rundt kumlokket. På tide å få or gjort føre det skjer en ulykke!
