Alt gatelyset rundt turstien på Nedre Kjølen er helt slukket. Fra omsorgsboligene rundt hele Nedre Kjølen.

Fortsatt mørkt på deler av stien. Fra Friggs gate forbi omsorgsboligene er det mørkt.
